Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Orlando Hegoi made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Rafael Tolino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quilinquil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castellanos the free kick. When Cornelio Prejun fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quilinquil's protests and gave Cornelio Prejun a yellow card for diving instead. Benicio Cordareo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cornelio Baleren's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Orlando Hegoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Artizar having to interfere. Benicio Cordareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Baleren, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Teobaldo Miliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Artizar having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Orlando Hegoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Artizar. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. When Teobaldo Miliano fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quilinquil's protests and gave Teobaldo Miliano a yellow card for diving instead. Teobaldo Miliano kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Baleren in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Cordareo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Quilinquil's zone, Cornelio Baleren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Cordareo came out of the goal and Cornelio Baleren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Quilinquil getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Victorio Marcones hit a great ball. Tobias Artizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Hegoi in the 43rd minute of the match. If Orlando Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiburcio Javiero made a kick off. Tiburcio Javiero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Benicio Cordareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tiburcio Javiero came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Castellanos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Javiero couldn't finish the play. After 60 minutes, Honorio Suarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castellanos and the Quilinquil players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Quilinquil booed when Castellanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siro Osorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Cordareo having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Teobaldo Miliano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Adriana Baladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Cordareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Osorio in the 76th minute of play. Danilo Veronica took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tobias Artizar. Castellanos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Cornelio Prejun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Artizar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 86th minute Teobaldo Miliano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelio Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Benicio Cordareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Quilinquil were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Castellanos for a fine match.
