Dario Taurino charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Taurino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jeremias Hechter struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jairo Urbez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andant AFC. Andant AFC's Benicio Vito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Andant AFC from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Vito having to interfere. Andant AFC's Benicio Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Fix in the 42nd minute of play. If Ricardo Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Breogan to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Kaxen's late challenge caught a Pucará's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pucará fans cheered their team off the field, for while Andant AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
