The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Blanco got free with Narciso Deunoro in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Felipe Patrido came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Maggiolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Patrido couldn't finish the play. Alberto Harkaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Johans's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Felipe Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Deunoro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Leonel Blanco sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Maggiolo's goalkeeper Narciso Deunoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Blanco. Narciso Deunoro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Agustin Johans notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cangrejilla AFC's Alberto Harkaitz. A collision led to Cangrejilla AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rafael Raulo hit a great ball. Agustin Johans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alberto Harkaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Harkaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Patrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Froilan Damario made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Leonel Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Deunoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Leonel Blanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cangrejilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonel Blanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Deunoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvestre Lluciano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Maggiolo's Felipe Patrido got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Silvestre Lluciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cangrejilla AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maggiolo the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Cangrejilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Lluciano to maneuver through the defense. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
