Napaleofú's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Loiola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Xabat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Napaleofú's goalkeeper Alberto Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Natanael. Alberto Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Ostadar, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute Paulo Ostadar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Ostadar, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Froila in the 22nd minute of play forced Mora's goalkeeper Niceto Xabat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Mora's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Loiola came free, but Niceto Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mora fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Mora's Valentin Natanael looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 42 minutes, Valentin Natanael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Natanael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Ostadar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Horado having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Laureano Froila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Napaleofú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Froila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Aaron Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Froila to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mora's zone, Laureano Froila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Xabat came out of the goal and Laureano Froila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Loiola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Niceto Xabat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Mora's goalkeeper Niceto Xabat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Loiola. Valentin Natanael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Horado having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Natanael couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Valentin Natanael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Paulo Ostadar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
