Eriberto Ishmael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Hunfredo in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Jonatan Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acevedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Ihintza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tortugas AFC's goalkeeper Eriberto Ishmael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tortugas AFC's Eriberto Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Ihintza in the 84th minute of play. After 85 minutes of play Acevedo's Joaquin Hodei was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Joaquin Hodei hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Delmar Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Tortugas AFC were awarded a corner. Silvio Lopes went to the cornerflag to take it. Tortugas AFC's Silvio Lopes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Froilan Txaran in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tortugas AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
