Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anacleto Benvide kicked off to start the match. Isidoro Innocenzio took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Quiroga. Higinio Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Potrerillos booed when Quebrachos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Fernanco kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Quebrachos's Moises Lizar got control of the ball when Froilan Tano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Oinatz during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillos's zone, Isidoro Innocenzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Quiroga came out of the goal and Isidoro Innocenzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Quebrachos got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Fernanco. Higinio Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Berriotxoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 40th minute, Placido Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Berriotxoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Quiroga having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Torres during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Quebrachos getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gaudencio Torres hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Innocenzio was the one to do the kick off. Potrerillos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Isidoro Innocenzio 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. During the 55th minute of the match Joel Gerazan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joel Gerazan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 61st minute, Isidoro Innocenzio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quebrachos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 66 minutes in the game, Abel Berriotxoa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Higinio Quiroga having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Zeledon Fernanco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebrachos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Fernanco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Froilan Tano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Berriotxoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Berriotxoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Higinio Quiroga having to make a save. Zeledon Fernanco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillos's zone, Abel Berriotxoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Quiroga came out of the goal and Abel Berriotxoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Fernanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Potrerillos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abel Berriotxoa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Quebrachos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
