If Victor Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tupungato's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cayetano Jusepe ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Tala's corner Cayetano Jusepe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Agustin Lopez quite easily take care of the ball. After 26 minutes, Apolo Lixandro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tupungato and the Tala players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tupungato getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Apolo Lixandro hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes Tupungato got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Rafel. 31 minutes into the match, Tala's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Urre came free, but Diego Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Henry charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Henry the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tala fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Tala:s Diego Luzea showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Etxatxu:s penalty. Mariano Etxatxu scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Luzea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cleto Eguerdi charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Eguerdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tupungato's Cleto Eguerdi got a free kick in the 41st minute. Agustin Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Librado, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A hard shot 54 in the game by Bartolo Marin from a close distance when the talented Agustin Lopez managed to make a qualified save. Tupungato's players were relieved. Tala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Ganix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 69th minute, Cleto Eguerdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolo Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Lopez having to interfere. Cleto Eguerdi hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tupungato's zone, Bartolo Marin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Lopez came out of the goal and Bartolo Marin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Victor Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tupungato's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
