Julian Lizar was a little too slow when Roque Nofre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Julian Lizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Nofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Mauro Chabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Butacó AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bernardino Tipi hit a great ball. Elpidio Frances could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Julian Lizar made a huge save. Roque Nofre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Julian Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Delmar Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Cejolao's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roque Nofre fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pastor Cordareo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Roque Nofre put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julian Lizar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roque Nofre to make the kick off. If Mauro Chabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Chabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Joanes having to interfere. Fernando Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Chabier in the 57th minute of the match. Julian Lizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Nofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Frances took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julian Lizar. Julian Lizar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 72nd minute, Rosendo Francis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Nofre in the 75th minute of play. Rosendo Francis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fernando Joanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Chabier in the 93rd minute of the match. Cejolao's Julian Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Nofre in the 94th minute of play. Oscar Silbestre struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Fernando Joanes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cejolao.
