Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Benicio Bembe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meridiano AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caseros FC the free kick. A collision led to Meridiano AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Benicio Bembe hit a great ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Gogo Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caseros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Hitz in the 11th minute of play forced Meridiano AFC's goalkeeper Damaso Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Isidoro Tallia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17th play minutes Augusto Berenguer shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Eusebio Oidor and just under the crossbar into goal. Angelo Gartzea struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Eusebio Oidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meridiano AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Meridiano AFC's zone, Gogo Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Distiratsu came out of the goal and Gogo Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Eusebio Oidor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 35 minutes, Gogo Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caseros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Caseros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Berenguer came free, but Eusebio Oidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Angelo Gartzea came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Meridiano AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Gartzea couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Caseros FC's zone, Augusto Berenguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Oidor came out of the goal and Augusto Berenguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusebio Oidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Berenguer in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Berenguer was the one to do the kick off. Gogo Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Meridiano AFC's zone, Gogo Sidro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Distiratsu came out of the goal and Gogo Sidro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gogo Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Distiratsu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Sidro in the 64th minute of play forced Meridiano AFC's goalkeeper Damaso Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gogo Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Oidor having to interfere. Damaso Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Sidro in the 78th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Caseros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Berenguer came free, but Eusebio Oidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Augusto Berenguer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebio Oidor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Meridiano AFC's Angelo Gartzea managed to work through Caseros FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Angelo Gartzea dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a rather tough play, Caseros FC's Isidoro Tallia got a free kick in the 94th minute. Meridiano AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
