Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Victorino Cristofol made the kick off which started today's match. Elias Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Rumaldo having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Basail's goalkeeper Leonel Rumaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Aguilera. Everardo Heriberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Leonel Rumaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Rumaldo was a little too slow when Everardo Heriberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 19 minutes, Everardo Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gorchs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Santio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Basail's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gorchs the free kick. In the 20th minute, Dalmacio Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 22nd minute of the match Dalmacio Santio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dalmacio Santio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Enzo Aguilera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Rumaldo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Heriberto in the 26th minute of play forced Basail's goalkeeper Leonel Rumaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Nereo Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Nereo Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basail's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Estebano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Nereo Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basail's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Estebano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Galindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Horacio Pasqual fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorchs's protests and gave Horacio Pasqual a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Everardo Heriberto to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Everardo Heriberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Rumaldo was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Horacio Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Leonel Rumaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Aguilera in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Victorino Cristofol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enzo Aguilera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Heriberto in the 79th minute of play forced Basail's goalkeeper Leonel Rumaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Everardo Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Horacio Pasqual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gorchs had won after a very even match.
