Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cornelio Fe made the kick off which started today's match. Federico Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Elorri having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Fe in the 17th minute of play forced Pagancillo's goalkeeper Maximiliano Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Jaunti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornelio Fe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Elequemedo having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Pagancillo's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Fe came free, but Maximiliano Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Prudencio Dino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Elequemedo. Pagancillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Dino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Baltasar Estefan's late challenge caught a Pagancillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Estefan helped the player get up and apologised. Baltasar Estefan kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Maximiliano Elequemedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Dino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Lugo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Lázaro Elorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pagancillo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Ubaldo Jaunti made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Benigno Laurin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lázaro Elorri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lázaro Elorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Lugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, one of Nihuil AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nihuil AFC. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, Nihuil AFC's Manuel Flor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maximiliano Elequemedo. Prudencio Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Fe in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Elequemedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Emeterio during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geronimo Emeterio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When Federico Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Pagancillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Lugo couldn't finish the play. Honorio Gorbea hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Isidor during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pagancillo getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Cristian Isidor hit a great ball.
