Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Petronila's Clemente Eutor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Petronila's Erasmo Nabar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Petronila from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Oriol in the 9th minute of play forced Pagancillo's goalkeeper Maximiliano Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Elequemedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Oriol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Elequemedo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Petronila's Clemente Eutor shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Leon Oriol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Elequemedo having to interfere. In the 21st minute Ubaldo Jaunti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Lugos short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Erasmo Nabar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Jaunti in the 23rd minute of play forced Petronila's goalkeeper Erasmo Nabar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Eutor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Elequemedo having to interfere. The tension between the Petronila and the Pagancillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erasmo Nabar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Jaunti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Ubaldo Jaunti made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Petronila getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Apolo Oro hit a great ball. Petronila's Erasmo Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Lugo in the 57th minute of play. Maximiliano Elequemedo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mateo Geofredo. The audience was convinced that Federico Lugo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Nabar was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Erasmo Nabar came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Pagancillo's Ubaldo Jaunti. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Jaunti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Ofelio during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Petronila fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Arnulfo Carlomagno shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Leon Oriol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Maximiliano Elequemedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Leon Oriol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Clemente Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Petronila's Leon Oriol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Elequemedo. Maximiliano Elequemedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3.
