The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guaberto Fidencio helped the player get up and apologised. If Miguel Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guatana FC's Miguel Iraunkor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Cedro in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Siro Fertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Iraunkor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siro Fertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guatana FC's goalkeeper Miguel Iraunkor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Guatana FC's Rolando Pepillo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodolfo Balesio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Aldo Paez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guatana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Paez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Bilintx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, Larligau's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Lucero came free, but Francisco Bilintx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Francisco Bilintx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Lucero in the 84th minute of the match. Aquilino Lucero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
