Lázaro Paz's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Simon Ekain on his right side and into the goal. 5 minutes into the game it was 0-1. David Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Erasto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. German Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Pedroso having to interfere. Lázaro Paz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ulises Natanael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Pedroso having to interfere. David Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Ulises Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 minutes, Apolo Tino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Queñoal and the Gardey AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Erasto to strike the kick off in the second half. Teo Furman ran back to his position shaking his head. Teo Furman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulises Vermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Simon Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, German Erasto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Gardey AFC's Simon Ekain got control of the ball when Teo Furman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Teo Furman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Erasto struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. David Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gardey AFC.
