Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arturo Ganix made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edelmiro Guib during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Irazusta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Guib to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Irazusta getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Hermengildo Estevez hit a great ball. When Vilgo's Armando Orlo in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Irazusta's goalie prevented a goal. If Simon Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Cai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Agustin Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Vilgo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Victorio Pacho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Armando Orlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Cai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Haimar having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Arturo Ganix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Vilgo's goalkeeper Agustin Haimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorio Pacho. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Cai to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Honorato Sotil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irazusta and the Vilgo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Irazusta got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Sotil. Simon Cai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Haimar having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Victorio Pacho notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Vilgo's Agustin Haimar. Agustin Haimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Francisco Oinatz suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 80 minutes of play Irazusta's Honorato Sotil was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Vilgo booed when Irazusta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Damian Galeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edelmiro Guib was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. In the 90th match minute, Irazusta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Guib to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Vilgo booed when Irazusta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Otsando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irazusta's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
