Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gavino Chinto kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Dalmau in the 5th minute of play forced Islas's goalkeeper Samuel Gentza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Islas's Samuel Gentza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Dalmau in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Islas defense, Uriel Dalmau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Gentza. The Islas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Gentza should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Velloso FC booed when Islas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Rios didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Velloso FC's Uriel Dalmau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Gentza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Velloso FC's Teodosio Porfirio got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Uriel Dalmau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Islas's zone, Teodosio Porfirio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Gentza came out of the goal and Teodosio Porfirio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Porfirio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Gentza having to interfere. Samuel Gentza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Dalmau in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Chinto in the 35th minute of play forced Velloso FC's goalkeeper Aurelio Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Teodosio Porfirio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Velloso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Porfirio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Gentza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Guipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Tallia having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Camilo Guipuzkoa made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Tallia. Velloso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After the first half Velloso FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Uriel Dalmau made the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Guillelmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uriel Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Samuel Gentza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Guipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Aurelio Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Chinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Chinto in the 67th minute of play. Leopoldo Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Samuel Gentza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Gentza having to interfere. Leopoldo Guillelmos short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Samuel Gentza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Gavino Chinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Camilo Guipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Guillelmo scored 1-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Gentza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Amancio Aragones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Islas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velloso FC the free kick. In the 94th match minute, Islas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Aragones to maneuver through the defense. Velloso FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
