Amado Iturri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Benino went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Benito Gomesano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Behe in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Urbez in the 19th minute of play forced Arenaza AFC's goalkeeper Benito Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Iturri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Hernando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Luken kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Arnaldo Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Gomesano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Behe in the 35th minute of play. Silverio Urbez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Benito Gomesano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Benino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Urbez to make the kick off. After 54 minutes Arenaza AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fausto Fernandes who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Coneta FC booed when Arenaza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Hanot didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Ermano in the 59th minute of play forced Arenaza AFC's goalkeeper Benito Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Hernando in the 61st minute of play forced Coneta FC's goalkeeper Amado Iturri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arenaza AFC's Benito Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Urbez in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Guido Hanot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arenaza AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coneta FC the free kick. A collision led to Arenaza AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Guido Hanot hit a great ball. Amado Iturri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Hernando in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adriana Elixio during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 84 minutes into the game, Fausto Fernandes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Benito Gomesano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Arenaza AFC's Benito Gomesano got control of the ball when Haroldo Behe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Haroldo Behe made a precise shot to the right of Benito Gomesano. Arenaza AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
