The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Celestino Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ampatilla AFC's Denis Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Paul in the 10th minute of play. When Marco Vergaray came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ampatilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Vergaray couldn't finish the play. When Sebastian Jax fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bilisman AFC's protests and gave Sebastian Jax a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Lorenzo Lucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timoteo Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Vergaray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sebastian Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natalio Iago charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Iago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29thth minute of the game Benigno Paul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ampatilla AFC's Denis Iigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Vergaray in the 32nd minute of play forced Bilisman AFC's goalkeeper Timoteo Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Victorio Bartuelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ampatilla AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Timoteo Hodei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Vergaray in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Timoteo Hodei made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Victorio Bartuelo sent off a good shot on target. If Benigno Paul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Jon during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Filiberto Jon hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Melquiades Efren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denis Iigo skillfully saved the ball. In the 69th minute, Genaro Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benigno Paul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Iigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Denis Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Paul in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Marco Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ampatilla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Vergaray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Lucero during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
