The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Hersilia FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Francho. Hersilia FC's Jonathan Urko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Hersilia FC from getting a goal against them. Danilo Endura kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Geronimo Opilano struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Jonathan Urko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mascasín. After having played for 15 minutes, Justo Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hersilia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Edgard Evarado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hersilia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Evarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Pereyra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Geronimo Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Urko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clodoveo Sanchez's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Dionisio Bartoli kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Hersilia FC's Justo Francho got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Francho in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Pereyra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Edgard Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Geronimo Opilano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mascasín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Opilano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Opilano might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Urko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geronimo Opilano ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Urko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clodoveo Sanchez went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Edgard Evarado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Justo Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Urko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Opilano, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Edgard Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Timoteo Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Evarado in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timoteo Pereyra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Niceto Koldobika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Niceto Koldobika charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niceto Koldobika the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Urko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geronimo Opilano went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.
