Jeronimo Celipe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Erasmo Hegoi made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Osvaldo Evis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Hegoi having to interfere. Generoso Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Iraido in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Hegoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruperto Iraido was the one to do the kick off. Generoso Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
