Huacalera's Nereo Paskal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Lon in the 17th minute of play. Conrado Guerrero made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Pastor Nesto sent off a good shot on target. Patricio Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Paskal having to interfere. Pastor Nesto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Conrado Guerrero firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Pastor Nesto took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Conrado Guerrero to make any attempt to save it. Conrado Guerrero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Nesto in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Sanson in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Guerrero saved Tumbaya FC from getting behind. Tumbaya FC's Conrado Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Sanson in the 39th minute of play. Tumbaya FC's Conrado Guerrero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Tumbaya FC from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

51 minutes into the match, Huacalera's Pastor Nesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conrado Guerrero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ruben Sanson succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 64th minute Ruben Sanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Guerrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Leocadio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Conrado Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Nesto in the 77th minute of the match. If Ruperto Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patricio Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Nereo Paskal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes, Geronimo Miro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huacalera and the Tumbaya FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Geronimo Miro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruperto Lon struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Nereo Paskal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tumbaya FC. When Desiderio Michael fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tumbaya FC's protests and gave Desiderio Michael a yellow card for diving instead. Desiderio Michael kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Clemente Esquipula took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conrado Guerrero. Tumbaya FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Tumbaya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Sanson came free, but Conrado Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ruben Sanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Luke kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Clemente Esquipula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huacalera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Esquipula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 94 played minutes Tumbaya FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Malvin. Tumbaya FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
