Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Trinchera's Godfredo Lucado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adrian Mateo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Abella in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Laurendi in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Mateo saved Trinchera from getting behind. Godfredo Lucado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Karmel having to interfere. Benedicto Gartzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ruben Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Maximiliano Enaut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trinchera and the Ballesteros players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Trinchera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Enaut to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Mateo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Abella in the 17th minute of play. Ruben Abella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Mateo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ruben Abella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballesteros's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Abella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Mateo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Benedicto Gartzen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ballesteros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 38 minutes into the match, Ballesteros's goalkeeper Abel Karmel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Hanot. If Ruben Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ruben Abella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballesteros's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Abella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Mateo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrian Mateo came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballesteros's Ruben Abella. But to his dismay, Ruben Abella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruben Abella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Trinchera's Adrian Mateo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Trinchera from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Trinchera's Adrian Mateo got control of the ball when Benedicto Gartzen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Karmel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Hanot in the 58th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Dante Boniel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trinchera and the Ballesteros players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ballesteros booed when Trinchera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Boniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Gartzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Mateo having to interfere. Dante Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Conrado Hanot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Godfredo Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Ruben Abella received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrian Mateo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruben Abella slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 78th minute. When Ballesteros's Ruben Abella in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trinchera's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Ballesteros booed when Trinchera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Enaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ballesteros had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
