After 4 minutes, Delmiro Danel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunchal and the Bordeu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 3 minutes into the game, one of Sunchal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 10 minutes into the match, Sunchal's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Misael came free, but Basilio Napier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danilo Misael in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Napier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Danilo Misael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bordeu FC's Tiburcio Ortle in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sunchal's goalie prevented a goal. Tiburcio Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Napier having to interfere. In the 31st minute Tiburcio Ortle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melquiades Dimo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Melquiades Dimo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Danilo Misael made a precise shot to the right of Basilio Napier. Sunchal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Sunchal's Basilio Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Misael in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melquiades Dimo to make the kick off. Tiburcio Ortle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Basilio Napier made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Sunchal's Casimiro Lop got a free kick in the 57th minute. Tiburcio Ortle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 66 minutes, Melquiades Dimo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunchal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Dimo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Inocencio Niva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sunchal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 72nd match minute, Sunchal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Elodio to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Bordeu FC's Tiburcio Ortle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Napier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Rolando Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Foro having to interfere. Melquiades Dimo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Filomeno Foro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunchal. Filomeno Foro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Niva in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Casimiro Lop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sunchal's zone, Tiburcio Ortle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Napier came out of the goal and Tiburcio Ortle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sunchal's Casimiro Lop got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Bordeu FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bordeu FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
