If Laureano Mincho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute, Nunez Araoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th match minute, Angualasto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Araoz to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Esteban Otoniel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Angualasto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Angualasto getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Esteban Otoniel hit a great ball. Serafino Quexal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Mincho in the 41st minute. With his leg Serafino Quexal managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Chamaicó's Laureano Mincho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chamaicó's Laureano Mincho got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Semeno to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Felipillo in the 57th minute of play forced Chamaicó's goalkeeper Pastor Casomiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chamaicó's zone, Esteban Otoniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Casomiro came out of the goal and Esteban Otoniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Angualasto's Nunez Araoz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Esteban Otoniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Casomiro having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Chamaicó's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amadeo Felipillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 76 minutes into the match, Angualasto's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Semeno came free, but Serafino Quexal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Angualasto's Esteban Otoniel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Casomiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Semeno in the 83rd minute of play forced Angualasto's goalkeeper Serafino Quexal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Amadeo Felipillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteban Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Casomiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Otoniel in the 96th minute. Astor Hulberto's late challenge caught a Angualasto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Astor Hulberto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Angualasto booed when Chamaicó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Hulberto didn't get a good kick on the ball.
