Günther's Dionisio Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Lucado in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ñoquebe's zone, Erasmo Caetano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Cugat came out of the goal and Erasmo Caetano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Eloy Primo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dionisio Natal. Dionisio Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A hard shot 23 in the game by Eloy Primo from a close distance when the talented Dionisio Natal managed to make a qualified save. Günther's players were relieved. When Eloy Primo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Ñoquebe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Primo couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute of the match, Luis Lucado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dionisio Natal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eloy Primo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Dionisio Natal made a huge save. Ñoquebe's Adolfo Cugat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Pinto in the 41st minute of play. Luis Lucado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dionisio Natal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eloy Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasmo Caetano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Natal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Lucado in the 54th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Günther got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Donzel. If Luis Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Primo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Natal saved Günther from getting behind. 80 minutes into the game, Ovidio Donzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Günther's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ñoquebe the free kick. Ovidio Donzel hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Dionisio Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Lucado in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Luis Lucado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Günther's Dionisio Natal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Eloy Primo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ñoquebe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Primo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vicente Rito's late challenge caught a Günther's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Rito helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Rito kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ñoquebe had won after a very even match.
