Though ot was a great shot Anasagasti's keeper Alvaro Misael was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Avellaneda to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Anasagasti booed when Upinango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
