Jonathan Errolan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huelén AFC. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Urbano Orti put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Errolan. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Manex stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Huelén AFC's zone, Americo Montae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Bibiano came out of the goal and Americo Montae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Irazusta's goalkeeper Jonathan Errolan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Huelén AFC were awarded a corner. Inocencio Nicholas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Inocencio Nicholas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Irazusta's Jonathan Errolan did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Txurio in the 65th minute of play forced Irazusta's goalkeeper Jonathan Errolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Urbano Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Gabriel Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Errolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnulfo Manex received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Angelino Bibiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
