Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benicio Iztal kicked off to start the match. Marcelino Ederono charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Ederono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Marcelino Ederono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Loramendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Matthew didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Haitz went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the match, Agustin Loramendi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Valentine. Almafuerte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Loramendi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Haitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christian Matxin's late challenge caught a Almafuerte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Matxin helped the player get up and apologised. Christian Matxin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Nereo Haitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Matthew having to interfere. Honorio Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Haitz in the 58th minute of play. With a little luck, Chacarita's Honorio Matthew got control of the ball when Albino Figueroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Chacarita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Nerio to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes of play, Almafuerte's Albino Figueroa made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorio Matthew was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Albino Figueroa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorio Matthew, passed just outside the right post. 83 minutes into the match, Chacarita's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Haitz came free, but Honorio Matthew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Figueroa in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Honorio Matthew, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Chacarita's Natalio Nerio got a free kick in the 85th minute.
