Arnulfo Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Millan in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Placido Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torrent's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Ezequiel Tebaldo scored to the left of an out of position Omar Claris, making the score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Placido Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saturno AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Jakobe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Claris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torrent's goalkeeper Omar Claris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Saturno AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Millan came free, but Arnulfo Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Torrent's zone, Placido Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Claris came out of the goal and Placido Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ezequiel Tebaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saturno AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Tebaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Claris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Jakobe in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Claris saved Torrent from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Placido Jakobe notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Torrent's Omar Claris. Omar Claris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Placido Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Omar Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Saturno AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Regis. After recieving a nice pass, Torrent's Baldomiro Paulin tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Saturno AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mateo Reyes hit a great ball. Placido Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Omar Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Ezequiel Tebaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
When Aristides Batista came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Torrent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Batista couldn't finish the play. Placido Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Placido Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Omar Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Saturno AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Gomez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Torrent's zone, Mateo Reyes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Claris came out of the goal and Mateo Reyes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Jakobe struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Omar Claris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saturno AFC. Saturno AFC's Placido Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Torrent's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Jakobe came free, but Omar Claris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Gomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Batista in the 81st minute of play. Saturno AFC's Arnulfo Gomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Batista in the 83rd minute of play. If Oscar Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Torrent's Aristides Batista in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saturno AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Oscar Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ezequiel Tebaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Claris having to make a save. 93 minutes into the game, Cornelio Abastas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torrent's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saturno AFC the free kick.
