Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, one of Plátanos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Plátanos FC. Victorio Menendo took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruperto Sedeni. Ruperto Sedeni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mauricio Galindo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Sedeni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Plátanos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adolfo Quilo was slow to take the kick. During this time Lileo FC's players had a chance to rest. Victorio Menendo made a great header on Lileo FC's corner, it was just that Plátanos FC's Ruperto Sedeni managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Lileo FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cecilio Quinton hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dante Mendez during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lileo FC's Dante Mendez got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Plátanos FC's Bernabe Kinsen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Augusto Savion came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Plátanos FC's Denis Atarrabi. But to his dismay, Denis Atarrabi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Plátanos FC's Ruperto Sedeni got control of the ball when Victorio Menendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruperto Sedeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Menendo in the 29th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Plátanos FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Sedeni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorio Menendo. With a little luck, Plátanos FC's Ruperto Sedeni got control of the ball when Mauricio Galindo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Victorio Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Fernandez during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mauricio Galindo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ruperto Sedeni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lileo FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Menendo got free with Ruperto Sedeni in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Lileo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plátanos FC were winning 1-2.

Lileo FC's Mauricio Galindo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 played minutes Plátanos FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Soter. Mauricio Galindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ruperto Sedeni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Atarrabi's late challenge caught a Lileo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Atarrabi helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Xabier lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 71 minutes into the game, one of Plátanos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Victorio Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lileo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Menendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Sedeni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Plátanos FC's Ruperto Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Menendo in the 82nd minute of play. Ruperto Sedeni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauricio Galindo went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 92 minutes, Mauricio Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lileo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Galindo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lileo FC's Augusto Savion proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Lileo FC from getting a goal against them.
