Marciano Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Gai in the 3rd minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Beazley's Silvestre Gai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Abeita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antonio Orain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nono's Marciano Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Aurre in the 35th minute of play. Alberto Camerino struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Astor Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nono. In the 43rd minute, Beazley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albano Gutxi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Albano Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Camerino to make the kick off. Americo Eguzki kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Gai in the 62nd minute of play forced Nono's goalkeeper Marciano Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Nono was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Orain to maneuver through the defense. Americo Eguzki, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 69 minutes, Antonio Orain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nono and the Beazley players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Beazley's Silvestre Gai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marciano Abeita. That made the score 1-2 after 72 minutes of play.
