If Leonides Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leonides Gutxi came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Resbalito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Gutxi couldn't finish the play. Leonides Gutxi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Santo Telo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonides Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Resbalito FC defense, Mariano Txilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Iigo. The Resbalito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Iigo should have stopped the shot. When Martin Firman came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Resbalito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Firman couldn't finish the play. Casavindo FC's Santo Telo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Casavindo FC from getting a goal against them. Santo Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Lluterio in the 32nd minute of play. Teodoro Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Bartoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Lluterio was the one to do the kick off. Leonides Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Santo Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Cristofor charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Cristofor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Simon Cristofor kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Firman during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Resbalito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Firman to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Bartoli got free with Teodoro Iigo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodoro Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Txilar in the 72nd minute of the match. Teodoro Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Txilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Resbalito FC's Aquilino Lluterio got a free kick in the 80th minute. Denis Bartoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Resbalito FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mariano Txilar 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Casavindo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
