Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Chus in the 2nd minute of play forced Carrizal's goalkeeper Zeledon Fonda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Norino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Txordon having to interfere. Gerardo Telo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Alejandro Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Norino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Alejandro Txordon made a huge save. Gerardo Telo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Norino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejandro Txordon having to make a save. Alejandro Txordon was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Rodolfo Dantel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rodolfo Dantel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Tiaguas FC's zone, Joel Norino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Txordon came out of the goal and Joel Norino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Carrizal fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Carrizal's Gerardo Telo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Carrizal's Joel Norino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alejandro Txordon. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. Alejandro Txordon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Telo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Guido Garin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Zeledon Fonda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carrizal's Zeledon Fonda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Garin in the 43rd minute of play. Alejandro Txordon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Norino in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Garin was the one to do the kick off. Zeledon Fonda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Garin in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Gerardo Telo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Telo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Txordon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiaguas FC's Alejandro Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Telo in the 60th minute of play. Alejandro Txordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Norino in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Chus got free with Zeledon Fonda in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Garin struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Zeledon Fonda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiaguas FC. Delmiro Chus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Zeledon Fonda made a huge save. Gerardo Telo might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Txordon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Telo ran back to his position shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, Tiaguas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Norino came free, but Alejandro Txordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrizal's Joel Norino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guido Garin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Zeledon Fonda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Fonda having to interfere. If Guido Garin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carrizal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
