Bonifacio Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Jacob in the 10th minute of the match. Bonifacio Santos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Dunixi in the 22nd minute. Rene Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Hermengildo Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Usiyal getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Samuel Roldanillo hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Gonzalo Jacob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hermengildo Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Oliverio made a kick off. Rene Arias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Hermengildo Quilino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 57 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Oliverio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hermengildo Quilino. Reynaldo Oliverio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. When Rene Arias came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Usiyal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Arias couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Oliverio kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Usiyal's zone, Melquiades Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Santos came out of the goal and Melquiades Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Oliverio notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Sinsacote's Hermengildo Quilino. Hermengildo Quilino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Melquiades Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Jacob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Usiyal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Usiyal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
