After having played for 5 minutes, Hipolito Tono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luján's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Tono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Luján defense, Arnaldo Markel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Rodriguez. The Luján fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigio Rodriguez should have stopped the shot. Luján's Remigio Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Markel in the 9th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Arnaldo Markel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Transito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Markel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Batista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remigio Rodriguez having to make a save. With his leg Delmar Bautista managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Luján's Simon Urbasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Donato Tabb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Bautista having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Hilario Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Amador Batista notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Luján's Remigio Rodriguez. Remigio Rodriguez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luján's Remigio Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Batista in the 41st minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Arnaldo Markel made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Luján's Remigio Rodriguez got control of the ball when Amador Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Tabb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Delmar Bautista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Simon Urbasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmar Bautista was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Transito AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
