Anselmo Eron was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Alcorta AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Condarco:s goal. Honorio Herrera had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Arsenio Oso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ladislao Goito might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorio Herrera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Goito ran back to his position shaking his head. Anselmo Eron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Diego Avellaneda made a huge save. In the 38th minute, Ladislao Goito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Condarco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alcorta AFC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Condarco's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amador Abel took the corner. The corner led Alcorta AFC's Amador Abel to fire away a dangerous shot which Diego Avellaneda despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Anselmo Eron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alcorta AFC's zone, Teofilo Chorache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Herrera came out of the goal and Teofilo Chorache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Ladislao Goito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Alcorta AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Roberto Llorienzo hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Teofilo Chorache fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorio Herrera, passed just outside the right post. Ladislao Goito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Honorio Herrera made a huge save. Cayetano Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Diego Avellaneda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Eron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teofilo Chorache might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorio Herrera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Chorache ran back to his position shaking his head. Ladislao Goito in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Honorio Herrera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Teofilo Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
