Rolando Rioja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Humberto Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jonas Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teofilo Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Anibal Bernabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Humberto Emesto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Serafo was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Jonas Serafo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Emesto in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Elpidio Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes, Salinas's Benito Gabirel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Siro Martxelin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salinas reached it. A collision led to Salinas getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Anibal Bernabel hit a great ball. Feliberto Fagondo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas Serafo. Salinas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Teofilo Natal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Natal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Teofilo Natal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

In the 59th minute, Miguel Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the game's 59th minute Salinas's Benito Gabirel took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Siro Martxelin and thus the score was 2-1. 68 minutes into the match, Salinas's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Rioja came free, but Jonas Serafo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rolando Rioja came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ambul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Rioja couldn't finish the play. Jonas Serafo came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ambul's Rolando Rioja. But to his dismay, Rolando Rioja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 77 minutes into the game, one of Salinas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for Ambul. Feliberto Fagondo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Serafo. 4-1. Humberto Emesto struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jonas Serafo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ambul. If Rolando Rioja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Humberto Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Salinas's Raimundo Avellaneda got a free kick in the 95th minute. After having played for 98 minutes, Rolando Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ambul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Rioja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Ambul players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
