Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zeledon Valiente kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Salinas's Elpidio Medero got a free kick in the 5th minute. Aquiles Maura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Medero went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Honorato Heli's late challenge caught a Constituyentes AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Heli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Constituyentes AFC booed when Salinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Heli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Teyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Natal in the 17th minute of play forced Constituyentes AFC's goalkeeper Aquiles Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Desiderio Teyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Serafo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Desiderio Teyo ran back to his position shaking his head. Desiderio Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jonas Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salinas's Jonas Serafo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Teyo in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Salinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Eliu to maneuver through the defense. If Elpidio Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Valiente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jonas Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Maura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Natal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Valiente kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jonas Serafo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Valiente in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teofilo Natal to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Constituyentes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Medero came free, but Aquiles Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Natal in the 56th minute of play forced Constituyentes AFC's goalkeeper Aquiles Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Natal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Maura having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Eriberto Amaya put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Serafo. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Desiderio Teyo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Jonas Serafo to make any attempt to save it. If Zeledon Valiente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Teofilo Natal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Desiderio Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. Aquiles Maura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeledon Valiente who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Jonas Serafo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 97 minutes into the match, Constituyentes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Natal came free, but Aquiles Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
