Gerardo Gelmiro came out of the goal and Severo Mikeldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Dimas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Baldomero Ponc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomero Ponc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Dimas's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Severo Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gerardo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Achicó's Romeo Peyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Gelmiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Baldomero Ponc managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Anzulón FC's Cipriano Sayveon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Peyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Romeo Peyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Anzulón FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Severo Mikeldi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cipriano Sayveon struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Baldomero Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anzulón FC. 73 minutes into the match, Achicó's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Dimas came free, but Baldomero Ponc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Ponc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Dimas in the 76th minute of the match. Gerardo Gelmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vicente Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
