Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute of the match, Joel Escobar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eusebio Vellito saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 6 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Veremundo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cazón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Averías FC the free kick. 5 minutes into the game, one of Cazón:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marcelino Chus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Eneto in the 10th minute of play. Cazón's Joel Escobar got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Prudencio Markel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Averías FC's goalkeeper Eusebio Vellito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Markel. 32 minutes in the game, Prudencio Markel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eusebio Vellito having to interfere. When Averías FC's Julian Ezkerra in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cazón's goalie prevented a goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Arnaldo Eneto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Averías FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Eneto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Chus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cazón's Marcelino Chus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Eneto in the 56th minute of play. With a left leg Eusebio Vellito saved Averías FC from getting behind. Joel Escobar scored 2-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Vellito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cazón's Prudencio Markel got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 2-2 became the score in the 72nd minute when Arnaldo Eneto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Prudencio Markel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cazón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Julian Ezkerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Everardo Domenec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Chus was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alonzo Udalaitz. If Joel Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cazón fans cheered their team off the field, for while Averías FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
