In the 4th minute, Marcelino Perico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natalio Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Quico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natalio Ospetsu was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Natalio Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Quico in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Capilla FC's Ermegildo Elija got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Marcelino Perico came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Averías FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Perico couldn't finish the play. Clodoveo Odol kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Quico in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natalio Ospetsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Quico in the 27th minute of play forced Capilla FC's goalkeeper Natalio Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Arnoldo Quico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Averías FC's Bartolo Pero got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Alonzo Toribio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Chorache was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marcelino Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Quico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Ospetsu having to interfere. Marcelino Perico might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natalio Ospetsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelino Perico ran back to his position shaking his head. If Marcelino Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Quico made a kick off. Victoriano Chorache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Toribio in the 51st minute of the match. Victoriano Chorache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Toribio in the 55th minute of play. When Alonzo Toribio got free in front of the goal in the 56th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Victoriano Chorache was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Arnoldo Quico came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Averías FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Quico couldn't finish the play. Averías FC's Victoriano Chorache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Toribio in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Bruno Toli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Averías FC's Victorio Herensuge got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Toribio in the 67th minute of play forced Averías FC's goalkeeper Victoriano Chorache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Averías FC defense, Bruno Toli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victoriano Chorache. The Averías FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoriano Chorache should have stopped the shot. After 86 minutes, Clodoveo Odol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capilla FC and the Averías FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Capilla FC's Clodoveo Odol got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Bruno Toli made a precise shot to the right of Victoriano Chorache. Averías FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Anier Gaxan lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 95 minutes into the game, one of Capilla FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Averías FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
