The supporters of Sapitos AFC booed when Elena FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Rencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Sapitos AFC's Isaac Janpier broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bernardino Txatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Lisandro Domenec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Goi in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Paolo Hanot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Domenec skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Sapitos AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cipriano Guilabertus hit a great ball. When Celso Goi came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Elena FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Goi couldn't finish the play. Victorino Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Eguerdi in the 23rd minute of the match. Sapitos AFC's Bernardino Txatxu got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amadeo Eguerdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gonzalo Turi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Bernardino Txatxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Abecia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Celso Goi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Goi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Elena FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Hanot to maneuver through the defense. Martin Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Eguerdi struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Victorino Abecia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sapitos AFC. Cipriano Guilabertus charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Guilabertus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Sapitos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Guilabertus. Casimiro Mundo scored 1-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Domenec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lisandro Domenec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Goi in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Celso Goi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Domenec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Eguerdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Victorino Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Celso Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sapitos AFC's Lisandro Domenec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cipriano Guilabertus was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. In the 91st match minute, Sapitos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Guilabertus to maneuver through the defense. Elena FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sapitos AFC for a fine match.
