Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marcial Cisco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Romulo Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute Siro Kaxen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Eleazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 8 minutes, Siro Kaxen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maggolo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Kaxen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute of the match Mario Basajaun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Eleazar skillfully saved the ball. When Maggolo AFC's Siro Kaxen in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lagunilla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gervasio Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Cisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fidel Etxahun's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gervasio Rojelio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lagunilla FC's goalkeeper Rene Eleazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Siro Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rene Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Fidel Etxahun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Rojelio. Maggolo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Etxahun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lagunilla FC's Rene Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Kaxen in the 32nd minute of play. Romulo Satordi's late challenge caught a Lagunilla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Satordi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Maggolo AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Romulo Satordi hit a great ball. Elias Rito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rene Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siro Kaxen was the one to do the kick off. Elias Rito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Rito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Eleazar having to interfere. Severo Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Teobaldo Santiago hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidel Etxahun in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gervasio Rojelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Siro Kaxen came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Maggolo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Kaxen couldn't finish the play. Rene Eleazar made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Elias Rito sent off a good shot on target. Siro Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rene Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Maggolo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Cisco came free, but Gervasio Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Rito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Eleazar having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Maggolo AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
