After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Emilio Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anzoátegui AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Remir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Cristofol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Robustiano Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Olaen's Robustiano Reyes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Opilano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Emilio Remir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Cristofol having to make a save. Saul Tavio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Mitxel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, Olaen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Steven to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Olaen's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Chepe came free, but Jonatan Cristofol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Opilano having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 55 played minutes Olaen got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Mitxel. Jonatan Cristofol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Arnau in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Olaen's Robustiano Reyes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Opilano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Ciriaco Eudoxio came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Anzoátegui AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Eudoxio couldn't finish the play. If Emilio Remir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Olaen's Octavio Mitxel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Emilio Remir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Cristofol having to interfere. Robustiano Reyes struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Israel Opilano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olaen. When Saul Tavio came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Olaen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Tavio couldn't finish the play. Emilio Remir was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 84 minutes into the game, Nestor Arnau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonatan Cristofol. Nestor Arnau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Israel Opilano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Reyes in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Reyes in the 91st minute of play forced Anzoátegui AFC's goalkeeper Israel Opilano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olaen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
