Panaolma FC's Cosme Cordarrel got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Cordarrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cipriano Joey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cayetano Llanos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Ieltxu charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Ieltxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Ieltxu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Altautina's Victoriano Cordarrel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a little luck, Panaolma FC's Cipriano Joey got control of the ball when Victoriano Cordarrel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panaolma FC's Tomas Peruanton got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosme Cordarrel scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Mouricio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Altautina's Dario Mouricio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Cordarrel in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Daniel Roano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altautina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panaolma FC the free kick. Daniel Roano hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Tomas Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victoriano Cordarrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Joey having to interfere. In the 47th minute Cayetano Llanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute Panaolma FC were awarded a corner. Christian Hermon went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Panaolma FC's Christian Hermon to fire away a dangerous shot which Dario Mouricio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cipriano Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Cordarrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Tomas Peruanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panaolma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Peruanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Altautina's Victoriano Cordarrel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Joey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcial Iratxo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Panaolma FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Marcial Iratxo hit a great ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Victoriano Cordarrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altautina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Cordarrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Altautina booed when Panaolma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Ieltxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Mauricio Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaolma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Chucho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Mouricio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Altautina getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Victoriano Cordarrel hit a great ball. When Altautina's Cayetano Llanos in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
