Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jaime Martxelin got the match started through his kick off. Osvaldo Vellito might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Todor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Vellito ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th minute, Palo AFC's Cristian Alfonso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After having played for 14 minutes, Jaime Martxelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pedernales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Martxelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiburcio Johans shot from long distance in the 17th minute, but Conrado Todor was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. With a little luck, Pedernales's Conrado Todor got control of the ball when Osvaldo Vellito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Erroman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Procopio, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute Jaime Martxelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Erroman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Martxelin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Procopio during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pedernales's Niceto Procopio got a free kick in the 30th minute. Conrado Todor made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Osvaldo Vellito sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Cristian Alfonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pedernales's Jaime Martxelin got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute, Osvaldo Vellito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Todor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Alfonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nemesio Roano kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Niceto Procopio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Pacorro's late challenge caught a Palo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Pacorro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Pedernales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Pacorro to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Martxelin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nemesio Roano's late challenge caught a Pedernales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Roano helped the player get up and apologised. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palo AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Inocencio Firmo was slow to take the kick. During this time Pedernales's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Pedernales's Inocencio Firmo to fire away a dangerous shot which Benigno Erroman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 69th minute Cristian Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Todor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristian Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Erroman having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Pedernales got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Froylan. 90 minutes into the game, Alfredo Froylan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pedernales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palo AFC the free kick. The referee gave Palo AFC a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tiburcio Johans, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pedernales's Conrado Todor. 3-0.
