After a rather tough play, Ranchos's Lucio Bazil got a free kick in the 26th minute. Eugenio Herensuge acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Danilo Calvino. Eugenio Herensuge came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Rivadavia AFC's Tomas Chus. But to his dismay, Tomas Chus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Flavio Llorian hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Rivadavia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Estebano came free, but Benito Raymundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Estebano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ranchos booed when Rivadavia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Lope didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Marcos Estebano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rivadavia AFC's Benito Raymundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Efrain Eufrasio charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Eufrasio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Estebano to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Rivadavia AFC's Benito Raymundo got control of the ball when Atilano Loramendi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ranchos's Atilano Loramendi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Raymundo. That made the score 1-1 after 58 minutes of play. Octavio Soin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Herensuge having to interfere. Ermegildo Erasto hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, one of Ranchos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ranchos. Eugenio Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Chus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ermegildo Erasto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranchos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Erasto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Raymundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Llorian during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rivadavia AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Flavio Llorian hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Marcos Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Raymundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
