Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Krabbé's Mateo Mel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Marcos Estebano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eugenio Herensuge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Mel in the 10th minute of the match. Atilano Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Baldomero Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Estebano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mateo Mel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Baldomero Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Mel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Atilano Loramendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranchos's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Loramendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Maidana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Luke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Herensuge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Atilano Loramendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Estebano to strike the kick off in the second half. Ranchos's Eugenio Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Mel in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Baldomero Luke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krabbé's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Luke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Herensuge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Estebano in the 60th minute of play forced Krabbé's goalkeeper Aurelio Maidana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lucio Bazil fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ranchos's protests and gave Lucio Bazil a yellow card for diving instead. Lucio Bazil hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Maidana having to interfere. Reynaldo Roldan hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes, Hipolito Rutenio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Krabbé and the Ranchos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Krabbé got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Rutenio. After 69 played minutes, Ranchos's Haroldo Millan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aurelio Maidana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ranchos reached it. If Marcos Estebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Krabbé's zone, Marcos Estebano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Maidana came out of the goal and Marcos Estebano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Rutenio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Lluc kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Krabbé's Fulgencio Johans in action when he in the 92nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When Atilano Loramendi came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ranchos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Loramendi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Estebano in the 96th minute of play forced Krabbé's goalkeeper Aurelio Maidana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Krabbé's Isidro Fidencio got a free kick in the 96th minute. If Marcos Estebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krabbé's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
