Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Clodoveo Francho made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Marucho's Cayetano Locaio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Bonifacio Beturian was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Clodoveo Francho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Florencio Rito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Etxepare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Oto in the 14th minute of the match. Jaime Paublo hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Santo Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jacobo Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Venceslas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florencio Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Francho, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Oto in the 26th minute of play forced Durazno's goalkeeper Jacobo Etxepare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jacobo Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Durazno got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Paublo. Jacobo Etxepare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Goito in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Durazno's zone, Santo Oto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Etxepare came out of the goal and Santo Oto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Florencio Rito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Clodoveo Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Etxepare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Rexino in the 46th minute of play. Santo Oto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Durazno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marucho were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebio Goito to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Durazno's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Goito came free, but Jacobo Etxepare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Venceslas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Rito having to interfere. Jacobo Etxepare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Goito in the 60th minute of the match. If Eusebio Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Jax charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Jax the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Marucho's Joaquin Jax got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Santo Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jacobo Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Leonardo Venceslas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durazno were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Marucho's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bonifacio Beturian took the corner. The corner led Durazno's Bonifacio Beturian to fire away a dangerous shot which Florencio Rito despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Florencio Rito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Venceslas went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jacobo Etxepare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 91 minutes into the match, Durazno's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Goito came free, but Jacobo Etxepare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Marcelo Etxahun fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Durazno's protests and gave Marcelo Etxahun a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
