Tadeo Manuelo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Médanos's Fermin Kaiet. But to his dismay, Fermin Kaiet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Cordarrell in the 8th minute of play forced Palca AFC's goalkeeper Tadeo Manuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palca AFC's Tadeo Manuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Eneas in the 15th minute of play. Feliciano Ekhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Luken struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tadeo Manuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Médanos. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Celedonio Cordarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Médanos's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Cordarrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Manuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Palca AFC defense, Albino Eneas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Manuelo. The Palca AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Manuelo should have stopped the shot. When Cecilio Luken came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Médanos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Luken couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Cecilio Luken ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Manuelo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Médanos's Cecilio Luken in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palca AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Tadeo Manuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Cordarrell in the 37th minute of the match. Cecilio Luken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Manuelo having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Ekhi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Nemesio Aritza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Eneas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeo Manuelo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Cecilio Luken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Médanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Luken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Ekhi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Edur was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Tadeo Manuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Cordarrell in the 68th minute of play. Feliciano Ekhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Edur having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Lluis in the 80th minute of play forced Médanos's goalkeeper Tomás Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Médanos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Kaiet to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Ekhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Tomás Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Celedonio Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Feliciano Ekhi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Edur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Tomás Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Médanos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Palca AFC throughout the match.
